WHO IS THE GUIDE?
Catherine from her global brand Yoga with Catherine runs her own international yoga and meditation retreats business, as well as mentoring yoga teachers in the business of yoga to live an empowered authentic, fulfilled and abundant life.
Catherine's classes focus on compassion, acceptance and self-love combining both dynamic asanas with deep relaxation via meditation techniques, mudras and pranayama taught truly from the heart. Catherine has completed foundation teacher trainings at Be Yoga Sussex with Bryony Hamerton and at Island Yoga with Yoga Girl and Lara Heimann. Her advanced teacher training qualification is from Vidya Heisel at Frog Lotus Yoga International where she also assists on 200Hr teacher trainings in Spain.
