The course library includes a plethora of yoga asana movement practices including dynamic fiery vinyasa flow, healing yin and meditation, and calming restorative with Yoga Nidra (my favourite btw). There is also the beautiful Pure Awareness Meditation Course and Breathe Easy Pranayama Course to enhance your vitality and life force energy (my favourite btw!)
